Meet Tom… or Tommy… or Tom Tom. He has several nicknames, although responding to them is still apparently optional in his mind. This adorable 6-month-old Hound mix is a clumsy, happy, slightly derpy puppy who is cute as can be and always keeps us laughing.

Tom loves attention and enjoys making new friends, but true to his hound roots, he is also very busy following his nose and exploring every corner of the yard. He can go from cuddling with you one second to wandering off on an important puppy mission the next.

Like all puppies, Tom will need continued training, patience, and guidance as he grows. He does fine with cats and has shown no reactions to our dogs, but a meet and greet with any resident dog will still be required. He is still figuring life out, occasionally trips over his own feet, and sometimes seems completely unaware of what is going on around him, but that is all part of his charm.
