This handsome gentleman is Montaro, which means Big Boy in Japanese. We call him Monty for short! We believe he may be a Lab/Great Dane Mix. He came in as stray so no history is known about him. He appears young! Estimated around 1-2 years old. He is a great dog! He does not react to the shelter dogs. He hasn’t met our cats yet, but from what we can see he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He would do best with a fenced yard because he has exhibited some behavior that he could be a runner. He is a little jumpy so may knock small kids down. He just doesn’t understand how big he is! Whoever adopts Monty will be very lucky!
