Say hello to Walter! Walter was found running with another dog, Henry, over by Norwalk. No history is known about him, but we have learned that Walter will need an experienced adopter. Walter does have “stranger danger” and will need slow introductions to new people and experiences. He warms up quickly and did great meeting the employees at the vet today for his neuter. No children because he has a bad habit of becoming nippy when he is over stimulated or when someone runs. We are working on that with him. Walter appears to be about 4-5 years old. He doesn’t react to our other dogs, but a meet and greet will be required. He has not been around a cat. Walter has a ton of potential. He likes playing with toys in the yard. He loved belly rubs and sitting on the bench with the staff for scratches. If you would like to learn more about Walter please fill out a dog application from our website.
