This is Wren.
She’s a 3–4-year-old hound mix who has been returned to Kiya Koda three times. Not because she’s aggressive. Not because she’s destructive. Not because she’s difficult.
Simply through no fault of her own.
Despite everything she’s been through, Wren still believes every person she meets could be her person. She still wags her tail. She still wants to love and be loved.
Wren is truly an incredible dog. She gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids. She’d love a canine friend to spend her days with, but she’d also be happy soaking up all the attention as your only dog.
She does best in a quieter home, as lots of commotion and very young, loud children can make her feel stressed. And like many hounds, if she catches an interesting scent, she’ll want to follow it, so a fenced yard or another secure way to keep her safely contained would be ideal.
We know her family is out there. The one who won’t give up on her. The one who will finally show her what “forever” really means.
