Ralph is an 8 year old neutered male! He is extremely sweet and loves attention! He is a laid back boy! He is a special needs guy due to being a diabetic. He takes his insulin shots very well, twice a day. He has had several people fall in love with him and his adoption fee is sponsored because they want him to find his forever home! There will be some cost to maintaining his health, but if you are able to afford this he would be so grateful and give you tons of love in return.
