Our staff and volunteers want to send a HUGE thank you to everyone who has adopted a furry friend from us! Our adoption numbers have hit an all time high! We couldn’t have done it without those of you who have made the choice to change a life forever and give a shelter animal their much deserved forever home.

Jack is looking for a new forever home. He was adopted and they are absolutely devastated and heartbroken they had to return him. After several weeks he started being aggressive towards the senior male dog in the home.
He got along perfectly with the younger male dog and older female dog. The younger male dog and Jack played, wrestled and got along wonderfully. He loved being inside and snuggling. He loved attention and sleeping on the bed. He got along good with the grandkids. He ignored the cat.
They said he was loving, and a wonderful dog, but they need to keep their senior dog safe. We completely understand this and now are focused on finding him a new home!

Jade is a beautiful 5-year-old Boxer with a heart as sweet as her face! She’s friendly, affectionate, and loves getting attention from her people. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or just hanging out by your side, Jade is happiest when she’s with you.

Jager is an estimated 1-2 year old husky mix. He is a friendly, happy boy with lots of energy. He will need a home with older kids due to being a little nippy and jumping up on you. He is a smart boy, and would benefit from obedience classes. He does not react to the dogs in our kennel. He appears to be scared of them. He does not react to our cats in the shelter. Say hello to Jake!

Jake is a German Shepherd mix, approximately 2 years old, and 100% convinced that life is one big party and he is the host.

This handsome dude is:
• Friendly
• Silly
• PACKED with energy
• Still learning his manners (emphasis on learning)
• Basically a puppy who just happens to be full-sized
• Vocal (maybe some Husky in there)

Jake is the kind of dog who:

✔️ Tries his best (even when his brain briefly shuts off)

The good news? Jake is neutered, vaccinated, and ready to go home. The even better news? With some training, structure, and maybe a sense of humor, this guy is going to be an amazing companion.

Say hello to Jake! Jake is a sweet boy looking for his forever home. He can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly! He has not reacted to the dogs or cats in our shelter, but will still need a meet and greet with your dog. Estimated age of 5-6 years old. An apartment would not work for Jake, as he is VERY vocal! Jake is a 2-3 year old Shepherd Mix. Jake is a sweet energetic boy who had very little training in his previous home. He is mouthy and will bite at your hands in play. He has a lot of mannerisms of a heeler and will put the leash in his mouth to walk you. Jake appears to like other dogs. We would require a meet and greet with your dog.
